Hello everyone, I wanted to write and let you know that we are very aware the current bugs with the new MOJO. We are working very hard to have all the known bugs fixed.
Some known issues that we are working on right now and what to do if you experience the issue:
- If you deposit money into PayPal and you don’t see your balance change, do not worry. Your money is not lost, we have a record of all transactions and will make sure that your account updates. If you are experiencing this please email support [at] mojo-themes [dot] com and we will be sure to get you whatever items you were looking to purchase.
- If you are having troubles signing up for MOJO-Themes please go to www.mojo-themes.com/signup
- If you are an affiliate or seller on MOJO-Themes, we are just about done implementing your accounting system in your account center. We will be sure to let you know when this is complete.
We are constantly communicating via our Twitter account about updates and bug fixes so be sure to stay tuned there.
