How to Contact Us?

All support questions need to be directed through the sliding support tab on the left side of the screen.  Fill out the given form and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.  All other inquiries need to be directed through the contact us link in the footer.

How to Create an Account?

Follow this link to our sign up page. You will be asked for your name, email, username and password. That’s it!

How to Report Fraud or Spam?

If you suspect someone of fraud, spam, or selling items in other locations when signed up as an exclusive author you can contact us through the contact us link in the footer.

Does MOJO Themes use any other Currencies?

We understand that many and most of you use other currencies than the U.S. dollar.  All transactions done on MOJO Themes are conducted in U.S. dollars and users are responsible for any costs incurred during currency conversion.

How to Create an Account?

At the top of the screen you will see a black navigation bar with a sign up button.  At the sign up page you will be asked for your name, email, username and password.  Sign up now!

How to Obtain Support?

If you seek support for a specific item go to the specific item page by searching the item name within the homepage.  For general support click on the sliding support tab on the left side of the screen and fill out the given form.

How to Download Purchased Items?

After purchasing your item(s) go to your profile page and click on the downloads button.  We encourage downloading items immediately and saving them to your hard drive.

How to Pay with a Credit Card?

Whether you have filled up your shopping cart with multiple items or clicked “Buy Now” you can input your credit card information and purchase through Paypal.  We gladly accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.  For more information see the How to Buy page.

How to Obtain a Refund?

Items purchased from MOJO Themes are non-tangible, digital goods and because of the nature of the product there are very few instances where a refund is given. If you have purchased an item and you feel it is not functioning properly or as advertised in what the item is capable of, please send us a support ticket and explain the issue in detail. Also, be sure to name the item you’re having issues with as well as details to your problem. From there, we’ll have a review process to determine if the item is not delivered as promised. If we find the item to is not working, functioning or is corrupt, it will be fixed or a refund will be given at Mojo Themes discretion.

How to give Seller Feedback?

Every seller has their own profile page which includes all information about the seller.  Once logged in, go to the sellers profile page and send them a message.

How to give Site Feedback?

We encourage you to give us feedback and truly tell us your thoughts about MOJO-Themes and the products we provide.  To give us feedback click on the sliding support tab on the left side of the screen and fill out the form.

How long after Purchasing an item do I have to Download it?

The item will remain in your profile downloads for as long as the item you bought is sold by the seller.  If the seller removes the item your ability to download it will be canceled.  Therefore, we encourage you to download the item and save it to your hard drive as soon as possible.

Who can Help me Customize my Theme or Template?

MOJO-Themes will be providing an end-user service where we will be offering item and theme customization for an additional price.  Unfortunately, we are still ironing out some wrinkles right now.  Coming soon!

How to Create an Account?

Follow this link to the sign-up page. You will be asked for your name, email, username and password. That’s it!

How to Upload Items?

Once signed into your account, click on the my account button at the top right.  Click on the my account button within that page and then click on the upload button.  Once you have arrived at the upload page there will be a drop down box in the top left where you can select the type of item you are uploading.  Simply fill in the given fields.  We will quickly respond with either an approval or a rejection with feedback as to why it was rejected.  We will direct you to what it is you need to change if this does happen.

How to Request Payment

Once signed into your account, you need to click on the my account button at the top right.  You will see a button titled withdrawals.  It is very simple, in the brown box you will shown the available amount that you can request for pay out.  Simply input the amount and your Paypal address and we will be sure to make a payment to you very quickly.

NOTE: Your account must be $50 or higher in order to request a payout.

Does my Uploaded Item Need Documentation?

Yes, all items uploaded are required to have the proper documentation.  This ensures a quality experience for the end users.  If you dont have one, we can provide you one at the upload page.

Does MOJO themes Provide a Help/Documentation File?

Yes, we do.  MOJO-Themes has designed a custom help file that may be downloaded at the upload page. You may also feel free to use your own as well.

Do I Need to Provide Support for my Item?

Yes, each seller is responsible for providing support for your item.  Questions pertaining your items will be directed to you.

What if the Item is Rejected?

If your upload gets rejected it’s ok.  We wont reject an upload without giving constructive feedback as to why it was rejected and how you may change it to get it approved.  After making the necessary changes, upload again for the approval.

What if I have and Item Outside of your Categories?

If you have an item that you seek to sell on MOJO-Themes and you dont see a category for it please send us an email at contact@mojo-themes.com.  In the subject, title the email “Item outside categories” and in the body please describe the product.  We will review its placement with our marketplace.

What are my Restrictions as an Exclusive Seller?

As an exclusive author you are committing to only sell a particular item on MOJO-Themes and MOJO Marketplace.  We reserve the exclusive rights to distribute that item and will proudly display your work to as many eye balls as we can obtain.  If we find that you are selling your work elsewhere while signed up as an exclusive author then we will take action by deleting your item from our database.  Although as an Exclusive Seller you begin making 50% and go all the way up to 70% of every sale.

Can I Sell on MOJO Marketplace and MOJO-Themes and Still be an Exclusive Seller?

Yes. When you sell your items on MOJO Marketplace and MOJO-Themes, you will still be exclusive, receiving exclusive seller commission rates starting at 50%. For more information regarding selling with MOJO Marketplace, go to their seller center.

What are my Restrictions as an Non-Exclusive Seller?

As a non-exclusive seller you have the freedom to sell your work in as many other sites as you would like.  MOJO-Themes will compensate you a flat 25% 50% (as of April 2, 2014) for each item sold.

When do I get Paid?

MOJO-Themes will pay you 15 days after the prior closing calendar month, or all commission made in January will be paid by Feb. 15th. (NET 15). Your account must have a minimum of $50.

What is the Payment Scale/Rates/Commissions?

MOJO-Themes has the unique ability to advertise and drive traffic to your items because of years of SEO experience and a large budget simply for advertising.  To put it bluntly, we can capture more views to your item than most can by doing it themselves.  And if you havent noticed, our pricing structure is unique and the best suited in the industry to your needs and desires.

What Assets are available for item upload?

MOJO-Themes provides image assets and item documentation that each seller is free to use at their will.  To see more continue to the upload page within your account.

How to become an Affiliate?

The nice thing about being an affiliate with MOJO is that it is very easy! Once you create an account, your username becomes your affiliate ID. You can use your affiliate ID to link to any page on MOJO-Themes.com.
