Below is a quick guide to uploading items into the marketplace. Our goal is to make it easier on our sellers to get their items uploaded and approved.
Think of this as a quick checklist for you. You can check off all the items you need to upload with — that way when you’re ready to tackle the upload form you’re ready to roll.
First things first
Here are some common upload questions:
Multiple Selections: When choosing items such as theme style’s, it’s OK to select more than one. Simply click on one and hold command (mac) or Ctrl (PC) and click the other selections you want.
Credits (Sources): This is important. Simply include credit to any sources you used within your item. For example give credit to any 3rd party fonts, images, icons, etc.
Exclusivity: Exclusivity is referring to the currently uploaded item only. This does not apply to the seller and their entire portfolio. For example, you can have one theme that is non-exclusive and one that is exclusive within your portfolio. Cool huh?
Testing & Validation: If you’re uploading an item please make sure your item properly validates and uses the latest in web standards. Additionally, if you’re uploading a WordPress Theme please note we use the THEME CHECK PLUGIN (the same plugin used by the WordPress theme team) to test your themes. Along with that we run through a series of additional reviewing procedures before accepting your theme.

WordPress:
Uploading a WordPress Theme?
WordPress Themes sold through MOJO-Themes.com are sold with a split license. In others words, all core WordPress files fall under the GPL license. All other files of the theme including, but not limited to the HTML, CSS code, images, and design fall under our licensing agreement.
Uploading a WordPress Child Theme?
Child WordPress Themes sold through MOJO-Themes.com are sold with a full GPL license.
When uploading a WordPress theme it’s important to include the proper licensing documents. Lucky for you — all you have to do is download one file to include with your theme.
Create a folder in your “Download Zip File” called “Licensing” and throw that sucker in there.
