Theme Control Panel Options

Support

All theme support and questions are FREE to members who have purchased a Bravo theme. Please note that we only offer support on our theme and not the e-commerce plugin used as we’re not the developer of those plugins. You can access the support forum by following the steps below. (We know it is a bit tedious but it helps prevent frauds)

• 1. Add a new comment in the SUPPORT section and type “Please create an account for me”. You can get to the SUPPORT section by scrolling up on this same page and clicking on the TAB that says “SUPPORT”.
• 2. Email forward us the original purchase receipt you received from Mojo Themes (not Paypal receipt). (info @ splashingpixels.com)
• 3. In the same email as above, tell us your Mojo Themes account name so we can associate you with the comment you typed.
• 4. In the same email as above, tell us the login name you want to use for your account.
• 5. In the same email as above, tell us the email address you want to use for your account.

We will then create a member account for you. After which you will have full access to your member dashboard which includes the PSD download, theme updates and access to the support forum.
