    So, I finally, after 3 days, I get an acknowledgement and a download link from you about my purchase.
     
    Now the download link doesn’t work!
     
    I have waited for over an hour on multiple browsers and computers to download my maxflat pro theme, and it wont budge. I have tried saving the link, opening in a new window, etc, and it still doesn’t work!
     
    Please either send it to me by email, or fix the download link, or refund my purchase TODAY.
     
    This purchase should NOT have been the hassle it has been. I expect complete resolution TODAY.

    Hi Bruce,

    Till the mojo team will fix this issue, the best way right now is to contact the theme developer and tell about the issue. I’m sure they will send the files right away.

    No, I am not going thru several more days of pointless hassle for something I paid for over FIVE DAYS AGO!  You sold it, you send it. Ive already talked to Tim about this and he told me yesterday that it would be sent to me securely. Guess what? Its still a no show.

    Send it to me now, no more BS.

    That last comment was not directed at you, MatchThemes.  It was directed to Mojomarketplace and mojo-themes. Thanks for the suggestion, but thery are going to fix it .
