    I am a developer and a member of five other template clubs. I create 20-30 websites a month for my customers.

    I looked at the themes offered by Mojo and I am impressed. I am happy to buy half a dozen of them.

    I need to know how the support works.

    What is the normal time in which support issues are addressed?

    Hi Mohan,

    I'm one of Mojo authors here and thought would drop a little info on your question. As mojo-themes is a marketplace, Item support is generally done by theme's authors, not Mojo staff (Although you can have paid support directly by mojo if I'm not wrong, there should be some support packages when you login and go to “buyers” section in user dashboard). Once you purchase the theme, you can post your questions in item's comment page or contact author directly (many authors share their contact details in the theme's documentation files).
